It was a great experience. Even though I wasn't really sure what I was doing Remy was super patient and helpful. Throughout the experience I was kept informed about what was going on and what the next steps would be. A huge shout out to both Remy and Dylan for making this as simple as buying a phone, and for helping me get the car financed.

Oh where to begin. I was in the process of moving and my truck was totaled in an accident. I found this truck and flew to Seattle to pick it up. I was assured that this truck had underwent a complete inspection. In my despirate haste due to moving out of stated and needing a tow vehicle, I made a quick purchase and headed back to California. 40 minutes in to the trip, I discovered that it has a massive oil leak which was more than apraent had been going on for a lenghtly period of time. Their solution? An apology. I consumed 4-gallons of oil just to get back home. Then the real nightmare, not only did it have an oil leak, but a blown head gasket (see photos). Also, the exhaust pipe to the muffler was broken. Then the best part, the truck was not sold with the emissions equipment, it was "deleted", completley illegal to sell. It's missing $14k worth of required emissions equipment in violation of State and Federal law. To their credit, they covered $3500 of the $6000 repair. However, I purchased the truck in good faith, and there is no way this truck was checked out. My fault for not taking a closer look, but my personal situation clouded my judgement and I paid for it.

UPDATE!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS SCUMMY PLACE!!!!!! They bought the car from auction cleared the codes and sold it. We are in a world of hurt right now. SO MANY ISSUES Remy no longer works here. RUN AWAY!!!!!! Remy made this stressful process not stressful at all! It went smoothly and I am so happy with my new car!! The customer service experience I had with Remy Nguyen at Eastside Auto Brokers was exceptional. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and just an all-around great guy. No high pressure either which I definitely appreciated. I wish all people in sales were like this guy really. Before I was set on purchasing a truck, there were a couple minor details to arrange and he made it happen. I would definitely recommend Remy and EAB to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. He exceeded all expectations, and made the truck-buying process super easy and enjoyable!

I felt great about buying a car here. Eddie the salesman was honest, accommodating, and very helpful with the process of me buying my first car on my own. Gella the finance manager was up front and informative bout all the costs, and got me approved for a loan after trying a bunch of places. They both made me feel no pressure, and didn't make me feel worried or stressed at all about a huge decision. I got a clean titled toyota sienna that had all its records, it was clean inside and he gave me a spare tire as well. They both stayed late after hours to help me get the car after I got off work. Best experience in washington state and I felt that the staff are just normal people and not scammy salespeople at all.

My husband and I have been searching for a family rig for quite sometime. We had been to many places, and finally decided as a last chance we would stop by Eastlake Auto Brokers. I was nervous, we live far away, we're a blue collar family.... I have had a bad experience through a different company a few years ago, I wasn't sure if I wanted to finance anything again. My husband convinced us to try it. Let me just say, I am beyond happy that we stopped by!! Not only did we find the exact family rig we needed, when we looked at it and found a smallproblem, they took it right to their shop and fixed it right away!! They knew we had children and did what was right. We worked with a gentleman named KT. He worked with our budget and explained everything. No pressure. Prices were reasonable. He answered all my questions...from financing to how the insurance works like gap and the warranty. To All Mom's, let me tell you...if you have to bring your kiddos along...Best place to do so! They had a giant kid area (for all ages),books, toys, TV, table, couch, chairs, snacks, drinks. Very very family oriented. We stopped by 5 other places today and not one place had a kid area..but Eastlake did. Our kids had all sorts of snacks, pb&j, popsicles and candy. Family environment. The staff was welcoming, and accommodated us well. The owner was there (on a Saturday) and was kind and polite. Very nice to our kids. Very pleasant experience. Thank you to everybody there.
